Dear Student,
We require 48 hours cancellation notice or students will be charged full price.
As you are all aware, to try avoid you having to pay the fee, we always do our best to rearrange a cancelled lesson and this can only be rearranged into the same week. However, we are very busy and this is not always possible! So unfortunately you will be charged the full price of the lesson.
The Audio/Vocal exercises used in every lesson time have been either purchased or created by Nixon Studios, and we are distributing them to students for their personal use only. The lesson price covers the fifty minute lesson only, and does not entitle any person to distribute these audio/vocal exercises to another party.
Please be aware that all vocal exercises and extra educational material given to students from Nixon Studios must only be used for the students personal practice when away from the studios. Therefore, they must not be used or given to other people for their use or monetary gain as this is a breach of and against our terms of use and business agreement.
If you do not attend two consecutive lessons in a row, your slot will be given to another student and you will have to re-join a waiting list.
Many thanks,
Heather Nixon & Kim Clark
